The old saying so goes the head goes the body is so true... Just think about it people, what ever is going on in your mind your body is automatically going to carry out whatever your mind or your thoughts are suggesting good or bad! just like right now if I began to meditate on or think in my head over and over again I sure would like to have a cup of Krispy Creme coffee and I think this thought half the day you better believe before night fall I will be getting in my car traveling down the road headed to Krispy Creme, this is what the scripture talks about when it says "Casting down all of those imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God" (2 Corinthians 10:5) now think if your mind works like that bc you want something as simple as coffee think about every thing else that this applies to in your life, I mean the things that you so desire. Your mind is a powerful source and if you feed it negativity thats what your life will look life, remember your life is a reflection of your thoughts!!
